1) What change were you wanting to make when you started Carbon?
It was during Covid, and like everyone else I had a lot of time to reflect about different aspects of myself. One of the things I realized was the importance that dialing in with nutrition would make on my fitness journey. Macro tracking always seemed very complicated, though I knew it was the key.
2) What struggles did you encounter as you were working through those changes?
There is a reason that macro tracking itself was previously a skill that some would charge exorbitant amounts of money to assist with. For someone not skilled in it, it was very complicated to do correctly.
